AI Workflows Training Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain the curriculum for AI workflows aimed at both internal and external participants.

• Conduct live training sessions and produce recorded modules that showcase Syllo's AI workflow functionalities.

• Craft enablement materials tailored to various user personas, taking into account variations in technical proficiency, job responsibilities, and daily tasks.

• Consistently revise training content to reflect updates to the Syllo platform.

• Partner with the Instructional Designer to create scalable training resources.

• Identify deficiencies in client AI adoption and suggest focused training solutions to client account teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in litigation (JD preferred).

• Excellent presentation abilities and comfort in presenting to diverse audiences, ranging from legal technology directors to practicing attorneys.

• Background in training, curriculum development, or technical enablement, particularly with direct experience in AI-powered tools or processes.

• Prior experience training legal professionals (attorneys, paralegals, legal operations) is highly advantageous.

• Capacity to swiftly learn new software features and convert them into clear instructional materials.

• Experience working with product or engineering teams to monitor and understand feature updates.

• Familiarity with LMS platforms, video editing tools, and various learning asset formats is a plus.
