This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
• Collaborate with leaders from Finance/RevOps, Go-To-Market, Services, HR/Legal, and Engineering to pinpoint significant opportunities for integrating AI into workflows.
• Facilitate discovery processes: outline current-state workflows, assess pain points, establish outcomes, and convert needs into precise workflow requirements.
• Develop and manage an AI workflow roadmap; synchronize priorities with functional leaders and the AI Transformation team.
• Conduct build-versus-buy evaluations for each opportunity, providing informed recommendations.
• Spearhead change management and enablement initiatives: conduct working sessions, create playbooks, lead training sessions, and mentor teams.
• Establish reusable strategies and standards for AI within internal tools.
• Set operational guidelines for AI-enhanced workflows in collaboration with Security, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Define assessment and monitoring criteria for workflows; establish feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
• Over 6 years of experience in internal consulting, business operations, business systems, product operations, solutions architecture, or a similar role.
• Software engineering background with at least 4 years of experience delivering internal AI-native tools to production.
• Experience in launching an internal AI program, workflow automation Center of Excellence, or “AI for employees” initiative.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS, enterprise workflows, and/or highly regulated or compliance-focused environments.
• Strong capabilities in stakeholder management.
• Proficient in translating business challenges into structured requirements.
• AI literacy: a solid understanding of how LLM-based systems operate.
• Experience in assessing and implementing software solutions, including vendor evaluations.
• Comfortable collaborating with technical teams and understanding technical documentation.
• Ability to prototype using low-code/no-code tools.
• Strong analytical abilities and measurement skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
