This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Collaborate with leaders from Finance/RevOps, Go-To-Market, Services, HR/Legal, and Engineering to pinpoint the most impactful opportunities for integrating AI into actual operational workflows (beyond isolated demonstrations).
• Facilitate the discovery process: analyze existing processes, quantify pain points, establish desirable outcomes, and convert vague requirements into explicit workflow specifications and success metrics.
• Develop and manage an AI workflow roadmap organized by business impact, readiness, and capacity for change; align priorities with departmental leaders and the AI Transformation team.
• Conduct assessments on whether to build or purchase solutions for each opportunity (SaaS tools, platforms, automation solutions), providing a clear recommendation and implementation strategy.
• Lead change management and enablement initiatives: conduct working sessions, create playbooks, host training sessions/brown bags, and mentor teams to enhance AI literacy and ensure ongoing adoption.
• Create reusable frameworks and standards for integrating AI into internal tools (workflow templates, governance checklists, measurement frameworks) so that other teams can expedite their processes.
• Set operational guidelines for AI-enabled workflows in collaboration with Security, Legal, and Compliance (including data handling, PII safety, access controls, prompt injection resilience, and human-in-the-loop requirements).
• Establish evaluation and monitoring standards for workflows (accuracy/quality, safety, cost, latency, adoption); implement feedback mechanisms to facilitate continuous improvement of workflows.
• Over 6 years of experience in internal consulting, business operations, business systems, product operations, solutions architecture, or a similar role that bridges business and technology.
• Must possess software engineering experience, including at least 4 years of delivering internal AI-native tools to production.
• Must have experience in establishing an internal AI program, workflow automation Center of Excellence, or “AI for employees” capability in a previous role.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise workflows, and/or environments with high compliance requirements (privacy, security, auditability).
• Strong stakeholder management skills: able to influence across various functions, align senior leadership, and make decisions amidst competing priorities.
• Capability to convert business challenges into structured requirements, operational metrics, and phased delivery plans.
• Proficient in AI concepts: understanding of how LLM-based systems operate (prompting, retrieval, tool use/function calling at a conceptual level) and how to assess quality, risk, and trade-offs in cost/latency.
• Experience in evaluating and implementing software solutions (build vs buy), including vendor assessments, security evaluations, rollout strategies, and ongoing ownership frameworks.
• Comfort in collaborating with technical teams and understanding technical documentation (PRDs/briefs, user stories, acceptance criteria, basic data models).
• Ability to prototype using low-code/no-code tools is essential.
• Strong analytical and measurement capabilities: able to establish baselines, instrument processes, and report outcomes; can differentiate between adoption activities and genuine impact.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: capable of producing clear briefs, conducting effective workshops, and articulating trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• High sense of ownership and a proactive approach; excels in fast-paced SaaS environments with evolving AI tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
• Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.
• 401(k) plan with company matching contributions.
• Generous paid time off to support your overall well-being.
• Flexible work environment options, whether remote, hybrid, or in-office.
• An inclusive and collaborative company culture.
