AI Workflow Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Identify and analyze bottlenecks by collaborating closely with our various core marketing teams before implementing any tools.

• Develop and create systems for multiple teams to address these challenges effectively.

• Lead the operational framework that ensures AI adoption is sustained throughout a global team of 90 members.

• Collaborate directly with both internal and external client teams to identify go-to-market (GTM) bottlenecks and construct AI-enhanced solutions.

• Assess, test, and integrate tools as the technological landscape evolves.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in prompt engineering with major large language models (LLMs).

• Practical experience with workflow automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or n8n in a real-world production environment.

• Sufficient familiarity with APIs and JSON to facilitate connections when native integrations are unavailable.

• Knowledge of the broader marketing technology stack and AI creative tools.

• Understanding of the fundamental operations of a marketing team.

• Experience in crypto or crypto marketing is advantageous, though not mandatory.
