AI Workflow Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

• We are developing the technical foundation for a pioneering venture capital firm—one that leverages AI systems to significantly enhance performance.

• We are seeking an individual who can architect our outlined vision and take responsibility for these systems from start to finish.

• This role goes beyond simply integrating ChatGPT into existing workflows. We are creating autonomous systems that accomplish tasks that previously required hours of teamwork.

• You will have the freedom to make architectural choices and deliver production systems that have a direct influence on fund performance.

• You will collaborate closely with a Principal and General Partner who have a solid grasp of technical trade-offs, providing you with a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of a world-class venture capital firm in this new era.

• Once our internal systems are established, you will implement this infrastructure throughout our business units, develop technical standard operating procedures (SOPs), and assist in shaping our technical platform to ensure scalability beyond the fund. ⛳️ Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in software engineering or technical product roles, with a proven track record of delivering production systems.

• Proficient in Python or other object-oriented programming languages, having developed services that handle actual data rather than just scripts.

• Extensive experience with APIs, webhooks, and integration architecture—possessing a deep understanding of authentication flows, rate limits, and failure scenarios.

• Practical experience with LLM APIs (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and prompt engineering for real-world applications.

• Familiarity with workflow orchestration.

• Experience in designing data models and working with CRMs and various data structures.
