AI Workflow & Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute AI-enhanced workflows utilizing no-code/low-code automation platforms.

• Create automations for lead generation, customer relationship management, outreach, reporting, scheduling, and business operations.

• Design reusable AI prompts for emails, research, reports, and documentation.

• Analyze business processes and propose enhancements to workflows.

• Connect business applications with tools like Zapier, Make, Airtable, Power Automate, and HubSpot.

• Test, diagnose, monitor, and sustain automation workflows.

• Organize and verify business data to guarantee workflow precision.

• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflow documentation, user manuals, and training resources.

• Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards.

• Generate reports and suggest ongoing process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BBIT, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, AI, ICT, or a related discipline.

• 3–5 years of experience in workflow automation, AI tools, business systems, CRM management, operations, or similar positions.

• Practical experience with automation platforms like Zapier, Make, Power Automate, Airtable Automations, HubSpot Workflows, or comparable tools.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.

• Solid understanding of workflow automation principles, data management, documentation, and process optimization.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational abilities.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
