AI Workflow Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Design and implement comprehensive AI workflows for insurance and real estate operations.

• Create automation solutions for:

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (HubSpot/Salesforce)

• Policy management platforms

• Document processing tasks (Certificates of Insurance, loss runs, schedules)

• Underwriting processes

• Integrate various tools using APIs (REST, webhooks, etc.)

• Develop AI-enhanced processes utilizing:

• OpenAI / Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Vector databases (if relevant)

• Workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, or tailored solutions)

• Transform disorganized, manual workflows into efficient, scalable systems.

• Work closely with leadership to pinpoint high-return automation prospects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in creating functional automation systems (beyond mere prototypes).

• In-depth knowledge of:

• APIs, data flows, and system architecture.

• Workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.).

• AI/LLM integration techniques.

• Capability to adopt an operational mindset rather than just a development perspective.

• Experience in insurance, real estate, or fintech is a significant advantage.
