AI Workflow Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish the vision, strategy, and roadmap for automated workflows.

• Balance customer needs, technical considerations, and business objectives to prioritize development tasks.

• Collaborate with operations, development, and business intelligence teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Provide updates on workflows, plans, and features to internal teams and stakeholders.

• Assist in the launch and adoption of new workflow solutions.

• Collect user feedback on AI automation and convert insights into continuous improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in workflow design, operations management, or a similar position within the healthcare revenue cycle.

• Proven experience in facilitating the automation of revenue cycle processes.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing decision-making.
