AI Visual Creator – Static Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize visual ideas based on ad angles, hooks, and messaging briefs provided by creative strategists.

• Create high-quality, original images utilizing AI tools.

• Handle 4 briefs daily, producing 12-18 images for each brief.

• Challenge creative limits through humor and innovative compositions.

• Collaborate closely with creative strategists in real time.

• Deliver final images to the in-house design team.

• Maintain a robust understanding of each client's brand and industry.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest AI image generation tools, models, and techniques.

• Ensure an organized workflow by tracking which prompts generated which visuals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of practical experience in creating commercial-grade visuals using AI image tools (such as Midjourney, Higgsfield, Flux, Nano Banana, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, or similar).

• A portfolio showcasing AI-generated work that reflects strong aesthetic judgment, creative diversity, and the ability to create captivating imagery.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.

• Clear, prompt, and articulate communication skills are essential.

• A truly creative mindset.

• Strong sense of taste.

• Familiarity with performance marketing and direct-response advertising is a significant advantage.
