AI Visibility Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Oversee AI-driven client interactions, encompassing AI Accelerator, Published Monthly, PM Lite, and various AI Visibility services, from onboarding to reporting.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, facilitating kickoff meetings, status updates, and ongoing communication.

• Create AI visibility reports, presentations, and performance summaries.

• Organize timelines, deliverables, and collaborate with cross-functional teams using Monday.com.

• Track project advancement and proactively address any workflow challenges.

• Implement AI visibility campaigns and monitor AI citation performance.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance workflows, documentation, and operational efficiencies.

• Keep standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge bases, and internal documentation up to date.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance efficiency, scalability, and the client experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, client success, account management, marketing operations, or a related area.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities with a knack for handling multiple priorities.

• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, or similar applications.

• Comfortable in adopting and using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable platforms.
