AI Video Creator – R&D

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Produce AI-driven videos on a daily basis using proprietary AI software, adhering to designated themes and creative guidelines.

• Ensure all produced content is in line with YouTube policies and copyright requirements.

• Manually upload and publish videos using your personal mobile device.

• Keep precise records in Google Sheets and systematically organize files in Google Drive.

• Meet the agreed-upon content volume within set timelines, taking full accountability for the quality and publication of the final content.

• Independently identify video concepts or generate ideas using AI tools, ensuring alignment with assigned themes and content direction.

• Work closely with the manager to evaluate and approve concepts and final videos, promptly addressing any issues, risks, or queries that arise during production.

• Assess AI-generated outputs and enhance them manually as necessary, which may include regenerating scenes, rearranging visuals, and performing light video editing.

• Utilize AI to create metadata for each video, including titles, descriptions, and hashtags.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with AI tools for video and image generation.

• Strong comprehension of AI prompt engineering and the ability to produce consistent, high-quality outputs.

• Basic skills in video editing (manual adjustments, scene rearrangement, content regeneration, light post-production).

• Familiarity with YouTube content policies and copyright regulations.

• Proficiency in English at A2 level or above.

• Highly self-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting daily production deadlines.

• Responsible, results-focused, proactive, and able to critically assess and enhance AI-generated outputs.

• Creative mindset that allows for independent trend identification and idea generation.

• Ability to operate within the EU time zone.
