AI Video Creator, Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Utilize text-to-video and image-to-video technologies to produce initial visual materials.

• Assemble, cut, and refine AI-generated footage into coherent narratives lasting 15–60 seconds for social media platforms.

• Conduct "Human-in-the-Loop" enhancements to rectify any glitchy frames, awkward transitions, or inaccuracies in AI physics.

• Incorporate AI-generated voiceovers and sound design to craft engaging audio-visual experiences.

• Tailor content for different aspect ratios and specific engagement strategies suited to each platform.

• Ensure a consistent brand voice across a substantial volume of daily outputs.

• Explore and adopt emerging AI tools and workflows as they develop in the industry.

• Set KPIs for video performance, tracking latency, costs, and quality of output while continuously refining prompts to enhance results.

• Demonstrated experience with generative video tools.

• Expertise in professional editing software for manual stitching and color grading.

• Proficient in prompt engineering for both video content and static images.

• Knowledge of AI audio tools for voice replication and soundscapes.

• Strong grasp of social media pacing, attention-grabbing "hooks," and editing focused on audience retention.

• Capability to address AI "hallucinations" and ensure visual consistency across multiple generated clips.

• Exceptional organizational skills to handle a high-volume pipeline of assets and variations.

• A portfolio showcasing the ability to merge AI tools with traditional editing for a polished final output.
