This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Train and enhance Grok for voice interaction, speech recognition, and multilingual auditory experiences.

• Supply labels, annotations, recordings, and contributions for multilingual audio projects.

• Translate and localize UI text, prompts, responses, and additional written materials from English to Romanian.

• Assemble high-quality audio data that captures linguistic and prosodic features such as intonation, rhythm, and accent.

• Work in collaboration with technical teams to enhance speech modulation, accent diversity, noisy recording management, and multilingual audio processing.

• Optimize annotation tools to facilitate efficient audio workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native proficiency in Romanian, with familiarity with various accents, dialects, or regional variations.

• Minimum B2 proficiency in English, with a clear and natural vocal delivery and pronunciation suited for audio recording.

• Excellent auditory perception to discern speech nuances, accents, pronunciation, intonation, and audio quality.

• Capability to manage multilingual audio content and assess speech accuracy, cultural vocal expressions, and contextual meanings.

• Skill in accurately transcribing audio across different accents and varying audio qualities.

• Competency in translating and localizing text effectively between English and Romanian.

• Willingness to provide high-quality voice recordings and feedback on audio samples in multiple languages.

• Strong understanding and independent judgment when assessing unclear, noisy, or accented speech.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, detail-oriented, and organizational skills.

• A commitment to developing advanced multilingual audio capabilities.

• Personal device, if utilized for work, must be a Chromebook, Mac with macOS 11.0 or later, or Windows 10 or later.
