• Utilize adversarial prompting techniques to provoke and document errors in model reasoning.
• Evaluate the precision, depth, and scientific soundness of AI-generated outputs critically.
• Assist in establishing quality standards and offer constructive feedback to the wider team.
• Doctorate in Chemistry or a related discipline.
• Advanced knowledge across various branches of Chemistry.
• Must be permanently located in the United States.
• Previous hands-on experience in AI data annotation or Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
• Strong written communication and analytical abilities.
• Published works in peer-reviewed chemistry or physics journals.
• Preference for candidates with experience in adversarial prompting, model evaluation, or AI red teaming.
• Experience in teaching, tutoring, or developing curricula in physical chemistry or theoretical sciences.
• Familiarity with computational chemistry software (e.g., Gaussian, ORCA, MATLAB).
• Background in scientific annotation or technical quality assurance.
• Flexible working hours—participate as much or as little as you wish each week. (No minimum hours required per week, with a cap of 40 hours/week.)
