This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize proprietary software to produce labels, annotations, recordings, and inputs for multilingual audio clips, voice recordings, speech samples, and auditory components.

• Translate and adapt UI text, prompts, responses, and additional written materials from English into Czech.

• Compile high-quality audio data with precise linguistic and prosodic details, encompassing intonation, rhythm, and accent.

• Collaborate with technical personnel to enhance speech modulation, accent diversity, noisy real-world recordings, and multilingual audio processing.

• Optimize annotation tools for streamlined audio workflows.

• Train and refine Grok for voice interactions, speech recognition, and multilingual auditory experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native Czech speaker with familiarity with various accents, dialects, or regional differences.

• Proficient in English at a minimum B2 level.

• Clear, natural vocal delivery and pronunciation appropriate for audio recording.

• Strong auditory perception for speech subtleties, accents, pronunciation, intonation, and audio quality.

• Capable of managing multilingual audio content and assessing speech accuracy, cultural vocal expressions, and contextual interpretation.

• Ability to accurately transcribe audio across different accents and audio quality levels.

• Proficient in translating and localizing text accurately between English and Czech.

• Comfortable providing high-quality voice recordings and feedback on audio samples in numerous languages.

• Strong comprehension and independent judgment in dealing with ambiguous, noisy, or accented speech.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, detail-oriented, and organizational abilities.

• Commitment to developing advanced multilingual audio capabilities.

• Personal computer must be a Chromebook, Mac with macOS 11.0 or later, or Windows 10 or later.

• Must meet legal eligibility and time-zone compatibility requirements.

• Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Preferred: background in linguistics, speech sciences, cognitive science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Preferred: experience with speech/audio datasets, annotation workflows, AI training data, voice models, translation/localization workflows, or professional voice work.

• A portfolio is strongly preferred for advanced candidates.
