• Develop and assess intricate chemistry prompts related to biophysical chemistry, computational chemistry, molecular simulations, kinetics, and thermodynamics.
• Utilize adversarial prompting techniques to identify and document errors in model reasoning.
• Thoroughly evaluate the precision, depth, and scientific credibility of AI-generated outputs.
• Assist in establishing quality standards and offer constructive feedback to the wider team.
• PhD in Chemistry or a closely related discipline.
• Advanced knowledge across various domains of Chemistry.
• Must be permanently located in the US.
• Previous hands-on experience in AI data annotation or Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
• Strong written communication and analytical capabilities.
• Publications in peer-reviewed chemistry or physics journals are a plus.
• Experience with adversarial prompting, model evaluation, or AI red teaming is highly preferred (additional merit).
• Teaching, tutoring, or curriculum development experience in physical chemistry or theoretical sciences is advantageous (additional merit).
• Familiarity with computational chemistry tools (e.g., Gaussian, ORCA, MATLAB) is a plus (additional merit).
• Experience in scientific annotation or technical quality assurance is a plus (additional merit).
• Flexible hours — contribute as much or as little as you’d like each week. (No minimum hours per week, capped at 40hrs/week.)
