AI Tuning Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluate AI-generated outputs, operational data, and performance metrics to uncover optimization possibilities and enhance business outcomes.

• Create, test, and validate adjustments to prompts, workflows, and configurations to enhance AI precision, consistency, and operational efficiency.

• Track AI performance post-implementation of changes to assess results, confirm improvements, and pinpoint further optimization possibilities.

• Document activities related to optimization, testing methodologies, outcomes, and recommendations to facilitate knowledge sharing and ongoing enhancements.

• Work in collaboration with Quality, Knowledge Management, Governance, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to prioritize optimization projects and execute approved enhancements.

• Examine recurring quality concerns, exception patterns, customer feedback, and operational data to discover avenues for AI improvement.

• Assist in controlled testing, pilot initiatives, and performance assessments for new AI capabilities, workflows, and operational enhancements.

• Generate reports, dashboards, and performance summaries that convey optimization outcomes, trends, and recommendations to business stakeholders.

• Keep documentation related to prompts, testing activities, optimization history, and performance results in line with governance standards.

• Spot opportunities to refine optimization methodologies, testing processes, operational workflows, and AI performance through ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Comply with company policies and procedures.

• Achieve or surpass performance targets for relevant KPIs.

• Continuously enhance knowledge of products, services, and processes by engaging in training programs and ongoing learning modules.

• Collaborate with other departments as necessary.

• Uphold a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor toward customers and colleagues at all times.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least three (3) years of experience in business analysis, operations, quality assurance, process improvement, data analysis, AI operations, or a related discipline.

• Background in analyzing operational data, quality outcomes, or performance metrics to identify trends and areas for enhancement.

• Experience in testing, validating, documenting, and executing processes, workflows, systems, or operational enhancements.

• Proven track record collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to assess business requirements and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Familiarity with structured testing methodologies, process optimization, workflow analysis, and performance measurement principles.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to evaluate intricate data, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly documenting findings, testing results, and optimization recommendations.

• Solid organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives while ensuring attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing technologies and business priorities.
