AI Transformation Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Lead comprehensive coordination across all transformation workstreams, ensuring visibility of interdependencies and alignment of teams toward common objectives.

• Create and uphold consistent tracking of milestones, reporting, and accountability systems among all teams participating in the initiative.

• Oversee centralized program communications and scheduling, acting as the definitive source for status updates, timelines, and stakeholder information.

• Proactively identify and manage change management requirements as the program expands, aiding teams in embracing new AI-enhanced operational methods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing operations or media operations, preferably within a large, complex organization.

• Robust and practical AI skill set, with the capability to assess, implement, and facilitate the adoption of AI tools and workflows.

• Established track record in program or project management across cross-functional teams and simultaneous workstreams.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with comfort in driving accountability among teams that are not directly managed.

• Experience in supporting organizational change initiatives is highly desirable.

• Capacity to work independently in a dynamic and uncertain environment.
