AI Transformation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main contact point for key clients throughout project execution and represent the company on Project Steering Groups.

• Oversee all aspects of the PRINCE2 Agile project management lifecycle for AI transformation initiatives.

• Coordinate technical implementation teams for projects and solutions across various concurrent workstreams.

• Manage project budgets, resources, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across multiple council departments.

• Provide client communications and reporting, including regular Highlight reports and updates on project status.

• Ensure accountability for project quality through the development of test plans, governance reviews, and risk management practices.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as Project Initiation Documentation, Project Plans, RAID Logs, and Change Management Trackers.

• Deliver on Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Budget Management, Benefits Realisation, Business Intelligence, and Renewal management.

• Execute effective resource planning to ensure optimal allocation of billable resources.

• Offer consultancy services and gather solution requirements from stakeholders.

• Assist the Project Management Office team with continuous improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Project Management Office role.

• PRINCE2 Foundation certification (PRINCE2 Practitioner and ITIL Foundation are advantageous).

• Strong knowledge of PRINCE2 Agile SCRUM methodologies.

• Experience in implementing software solutions, preferably within local government or the public sector.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a Programme environment.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience managing both internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficiency in risk management, conflict resolution, and business analytics.
