This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.
• Evaluate business processes to determine where AI and automation can deliver the most significant benefits.
• Develop and refine the organization's AI transformation strategy.
• Assess projects based on their business impact, implementation speed, and return on investment (ROI).
• Initiate and expand internal AI solutions for teams in HR, marketing, customer support, analytics, operations, and product development.
• Engage in the development of AI assistants, knowledge bots, copilots, reporting tools, and other internal systems.
• Manage collaboration between internal teams and external vendors.
• Create processes, best practices, and standards for AI utilization throughout the organization.
• Educate teams and promote the adoption of AI tools.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the effectiveness of the implemented solutions.
• Consistently provide leadership with recommendations regarding new AI and automation opportunities.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in roles such as Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, Technical Program Manager, Head of Automation, Product Operations Lead, Digital Transformation Manager, Technology Consultant, VP Engineering, or a comparable position.
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects is essential.
• Proven track record in the creation and implementation of AI systems, internal assistants, knowledge bots, copilots, workflow automation tools, or similar internal platforms is required.
• Experience in launching and scaling transformation initiatives on a company-wide level.
• Solid understanding of AI architecture, integrations, APIs, and data flows.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), AI tools, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agents, or related technologies.
• Strong analytical abilities and systems thinking skills.
• Capacity to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Proficient in English at a B2/C1 level.
