AI Transformation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee both the technical and human aspects of AI transformation — developing solutions, executing enablement programs, and nurturing our AI Champions network throughout Europe.

• Create, develop, and refine internal AI tools and automation solutions that address genuine operational challenges within the organization.

• Organize and conduct engaging AI workshops and training sessions tailored to different levels of technical proficiency across six European markets.

• Manage and expand the AI Champions network, serving as the vital link between local market advocates and the central AI Transformation Team.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to convert intricate AI capabilities into practical and accessible use cases for non-technical stakeholders.

• Monitor and report on AI adoption metrics across markets, identifying gaps and opportunities to enhance enablement.

• Remain informed about the rapidly evolving AI landscape, identifying relevant tools, models, and strategies that could benefit Aceve’s teams and offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an AI, data, or software engineering position, preferably within a dynamic SaaS or technology environment.

• A relevant degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline — or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Practical expertise with AI/ML tools, LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic), and contemporary development frameworks.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering technical training or enablement programs to audiences with varying abilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a talent for simplifying complex concepts and making them engaging.

• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe (30–40%) and work across diverse cultures and time zones.

• A proactive mindset — you take initiative, excel in navigating ambiguity, and enjoy operating at the intersection of technology and people.
