AI Transformation Consultant – AVP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead comprehensive AI transformation initiatives from initial discovery and design to deployment, ensuring tangible ROI and alignment with enterprise goals.

• Formulate and execute AI/GenAI strategies across various business functions, including finance, operations, risk management, and customer experience.

• Create Intelligent Automation solutions utilizing RPA, IDP, advanced analytics, and LLM-based workflows to optimize core processes.

• Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs and senior leadership; articulate AI capabilities into persuasive business cases and transformation roadmaps.

• Collaborate with technology, product, and data teams to seamlessly integrate AI solutions within existing enterprise platforms and data ecosystems.

• Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams; manage simultaneous AI and Automation workstreams utilizing Agile methodologies.

• Develop AS-IS / TO-BE process maps to uncover automation and AI enhancement opportunities, highlighting quantified business impact.

• Monitor and assess AI program performance; create dashboards and KPI frameworks for visibility to executive stakeholders.

• Keep abreast of emerging AI trends and assess new tools, models, and frameworks for relevance to enterprise applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, or leadership of enterprise AI programs.

• Practical experience with AI/ML deployment, RPA platforms (such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere), IDP, and GenAI tools.

• Proven track record in establishing and leading AI Centers of Excellence or similar governance bodies.

• Experience in managing complex, multi-workstream programs using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Outstanding stakeholder management and executive communication skills — capable of presenting to and influencing CXO-level audiences.

• MBA from a prestigious institution or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher; practical experience with process reengineering methodologies.

• Certifications in GenAI for Business Leaders (PMI) or equivalent are desired.

• Expertise in the financial services domain — wealth management, annuities, insurance, or banking.

• Familiarity with Task Mining, Workforce Intelligence tools, or process discovery platforms.
