AI Training Expert, Physics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Create complex physics problems aimed at advancing AI training and assessment.

• Develop deterministic challenges that have a singular correct solution.

• Draft comprehensive, validated solutions and thoroughly document the reasoning process involved.

• Construct problems that assess deep physical reasoning and multi-step analysis rather than mere memorization.

• Utilize Python or specialized tools to create simulations, models, or computational workflows where applicable.

• Guarantee that all outputs are technically accurate, reproducible, and well-articulated in English.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Physics or a closely related discipline.

• Significant research or industry experience in theoretical, experimental, or computational physics.

• Proficiency in Python; familiarity with scientific libraries such as numpy, scipy, or similar resources.

• Strong grasp of modeling, simulation, numerical methods, and complex problem-solving techniques.

• Capability to create original, challenging problems that mirror real-world physics workflows.

• Exceptional attention to detail and technical writing abilities in English.

• Nice to have: Experience with simulation tools or domain-specific physics software (e.g., finite element analysis tools, circuit simulators, symbolic systems).

• Nice to have: Background in fields such as computational physics, statistical mechanics, electromagnetism, quantum mechanics, or related areas.

• Nice to have: Experience in evaluating model reasoning, benchmarking, or crafting technical assessments.
