This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Develop intricate physics challenges for cutting-edge AI training and assessment.

• Guarantee that all outputs are technically accurate, reproducible, and proficiently articulated in English.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Physics or a closely related discipline.
• Significant research or industry experience in theoretical, experimental, or computational physics.
• Proficient in Python; familiarity with scientific libraries such as numpy, scipy, or similar.
• Robust understanding of modeling, simulation, numerical methods, and complex problem-solving.
• Capability to design original, challenging problems that mirror authentic physics workflows.
• Exceptional attention to detail and technical writing expertise in English.
• Experience with simulation tools or domain-specific physics software (e.g., finite element tools, circuit simulators, symbolic systems).
• Background in areas such as computational physics, statistical mechanics, electromagnetism, quantum mechanics, or related fields.
• Experience in evaluating model reasoning, benchmarking, or crafting technical assessments.
