AI Trainer – Copilot for Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• YOU WILL

• Deliver training sessions both remotely and onsite focused on Copilot for Finance

• Facilitate workshops for Finance, FP&A, Controlling, and Accounting teams

• Showcase AI applications in Finance, including forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting automation

• Create training materials, hands-on exercises, and demonstration scenarios

• Assist clients in integrating AI tools within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem

• Conduct engaging workshops and Q&A sessions

• Customize training content to cater to varying seniority levels, from analysts to leadership

• Work in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams on the client side

• Offer post-training recommendations and best practices

⛳️ Requirements

• YOU NEED

• Demonstrated experience in delivering training, workshops, or enablement sessions

• Background in Finance (FP&A / Controlling / Accounting / Finance Business Partner)

• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting and analysis

• Proficient Excel skills and experience with financial data management

• Capability to communicate technical concepts in an accessible manner for business audiences

• Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities

• Openness to travel for onsite training sessions

• Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2/C1 level

• Nice to have

• Familiarity with Copilot for Finance or Microsoft Copilot

• Understanding of Power BI / Power Query / Power Platform

• Experience within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem

• Background in Finance transformation or automation initiatives

• Relevant Microsoft / AI / Finance certifications

• Experience in training corporate clients
