AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist organizations in accelerating their AI adoption by educating and motivating users to seamlessly integrate AI into their everyday tasks.

• Work collaboratively with consultants, project managers, and customer stakeholders to achieve successful business outcomes through AI enablement.

• Design, produce, and maintain high-quality AI training materials tailored for business users with varying roles and levels of technical expertise.

• Conduct AI training sessions both online and in-person, including workshops, one-to-many sessions, and personalized small-group or one-on-one enablement.

• Serve as a confident and engaging public speaker, capable of clearly presenting AI concepts to diverse audiences, including executives, managers, and frontline employees.

• Tailor training materials and delivery approaches based on customer industry, role, maturity, and AI adoption objectives.

• Facilitate hands-on sessions, labs, and demonstrations to assist users in effectively applying AI tools in real-world business contexts.

• Collaborate with delivery, consulting, and account teams to ensure alignment of training content with broader AI adoption and change initiatives.

• Collect feedback from training sessions to continuously enhance content, structure, and delivery methods.

• Support in-person training engagements, including necessary travel to customer locations, conferences, or workshops.

• Stay updated on AI capabilities, use cases, risks, and best practices relevant to business audiences.

• Represent the organization professionally while delivering customer-facing training and enablement experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Education, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Proven interest in AI, emerging technologies, consulting, or digital transformation.

• Experience in delivering presentations, workshops, training, coaching, teaching, customer enablement, or similar audience-facing activities through professional, academic, volunteer, or internship experiences.

• Experience in creating presentations, training materials, business communications, educational content, or project deliverables.

• Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to confidently lead live training sessions.

• Experience in delivering training both virtually and in-person.

• Willingness to travel for work and provide on-site training as part of customer engagements.

• Ability to simplify complex or technical concepts into clear, practical learning experiences for non-technical audiences.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, adapt, and respond to live audiences.

• High level of organization and self-management in a dynamic, delivery-focused environment.

• Proficiency in presentation and collaboration tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom-style platforms).
