AI Tooling Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Focus on measuring outcomes rather than hours worked

• Utilize Python and/or Typescript in projects

• Assess agentic and LLM assistance tools within the client environment

• Create and sustain developer tools such as IDEs and CI/CD systems

• Collaborate effectively with team members and maintain clear communication

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Python or Typescript

• Advanced knowledge of LLM development tooling

• Regular experience with Bash or scripting

• Familiarity with any other programming language is a plus

• Experience with scripting on Windows is advantageous

• Knowledge of Bazel or other build tools is desirable

• Strong communication abilities

• Capability to analyze problems, suggest, and implement solutions alongside fellow developers

• Proven experience collaborating with external teams and processes

• Background in enhancing developer tools: IDEs and CI/CD systems

• Openness to work beyond standard hours (after 6:00 PM CET) will be seen as an additional benefit
