AI Tooling Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the CEO and founders to identify high-impact operational challenges and define the future direction of internal AI initiatives.

• Engage with functional leaders across the organization to comprehend their priorities, uncover opportunities, and reach consensus on development projects.

• Integrate with Operations, Customer Success, Finance, People/Talent Acquisition, Engineering, IT, and Data teams to understand their workflows and deliver practical tools for their use.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in software development — including backend services, internal tools, automations, or API-driven applications. Internships and co-op positions are recognized.

• Proficient in TypeScript and/or Python.

• Experience building projects utilizing LLMs — such as agents, RAG pipelines, copilots, or prompt-driven tools — through professional work, personal projects, or academic courses. What matters is that you have successfully delivered solutions, not the context.

• Ability to connect systems effectively: APIs, webhooks, SaaS integrations, and asynchronous workflows.

• Capable of communicating with non-technical stakeholders to discern their true needs and foster adoption — this is as critical as technical skills.

• Able to operate swiftly in ambiguous situations and iterate based on genuine feedback.
