AI Configuration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of client configuration and deployment for Emiri (AI solution).

• Comprehend and assist with Emiri’s configuration dependencies, such as prompt templates and setup requirements.

• Create UI mockups or flow diagrams and convert feedback into actionable stories or bug reports for the development team.

• Document and keep up-to-date guidance regarding configuration processes, tips, and "how-to" documentation for internal reference.

• Work together with client success and client teams to enhance their understanding of configuration requirements and assist them in effective prompting.

• Lead root cause analysis of issues to identify opportunities for improving the scalability and user-friendliness of the configuration tool.

• Mentor commercial teams on the configuration and functionality of Liquid AI; assist in key client meetings and demonstrations.

• Test new enhancements or fixes before release to guarantee quality and expected behavior.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with model/report building, ideally with Emiri and Circana tools, including Unify+.

• Experience in technical support, configuration management, technical product operations, or roles involving client solutions design/deployment.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client configurations while ensuring flawless on-time delivery and service levels.

• Experience and a keen interest in generative AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Claude).

• Excellent communication skills, particularly in making technical concepts accessible to non-technical users and collaborating across teams.

• A tech-curious mindset, comfortable with learning prompt engineering and system behavior, applying a process-oriented approach to managing issues, QA, and feedback loops.

• Proficiency in using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar issue tracking and documentation systems.

• Native Greek speaker with fluent English proficiency is essential.

• Working knowledge of JSON with strong attention to structure and formatting (preferred).

• Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms or custom internal tooling (preferred).

• Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams or providing user-centered feedback on tools (preferred).

• Over 3 years of experience in data analytics and reporting.

• Experience in market research, particularly in the CPG/FMCG sector is preferred.
