AI Technical Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Develop Innovative Pipelines: Design and oversee sophisticated, node-based generative AI workflows for visuals that are ready for production.

• Streamline Processes: Create straightforward scripts (using Python or similar languages) to facilitate batch image processing and asset management.

• Connect Teams: Serve as the 'bridge' between our design team, technical engineering staff, and the Creative Technology Lead.

• Evaluate & Implement: Identify promising new AI models, assess their effectiveness, and transform them into dependable tools for daily use by the design team. Establish best practices, essential documentation, and technical guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in AI GUI: Extensive, practical experience in designing and troubleshooting intricate, high-volume workflows.

• Aesthetic Expertise: A background in graphic design and 3D, coupled with a strong sense of visual aesthetics (composition, lighting, realism, and brand consistency).

• Tool Development/Scripting: Demonstrated experience in creating internal tools, scripts, or automations (Python or similar).

• Production-Oriented Mindset: Emphasis on documentation, reproducibility, and comprehensive project ownership.

• Senior-Level Autonomy: Capability to independently manage and lead projects.
