AI Technical Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead sessions with customers to discover AI use cases, data sources, technical limitations, and automation possibilities.

• Design and deploy AI-driven solutions within Miro, encompassing intelligent templates, agents, summarization tools, and custom GPT integrations.

• Provide guidance to customers on AI solution architecture, data privacy, compliance, API utilization, and monitoring model performance.

• Support customers with the technical setup and change management of Miro AI features and their integrations with Zapier, Workato, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and LangChain.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape the roadmap based on customer requirements and emerging AI trends.

• Work alongside Customer Success and Account Managers to enhance onboarding, adoption, and retention of AI use cases.

• Conduct enablement sessions and workshops tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Contribute to the creation of documentation, best practices, and scalable resources for repeatable AI engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or professional services with a focus on customer engagement.

• Practical experience in designing or implementing AI solutions utilizing LLMs, prompt engineering, and/or agent frameworks such as AutoGPT, LangChain, and RAG.

• Familiarity with AI tools and APIs, including OpenAI, Hugging Face, and Vertex AI.

• Experience in designing, assessing, and deploying AI agents or workflows using LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGPT.

• Knowledge of REST APIs and low-code/no-code automation platforms is highly advantageous.

• Exceptional facilitation and communication skills, especially in conveying complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.

• A strategic mindset centered on experimentation, iteration, and learning.

• Understanding of enterprise AI safety, data privacy, and practices for responsible deployment.

• Direct experience in integrating AI into enterprise SaaS environments using APIs or low-code tools.

• A sense of curiosity and empathy in grasping customer needs and applying AI solutions effectively.
