AI Tech Lead – Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the comprehensive design of the GitHub platform, covering aspects such as organizational structure, repository standards, and integration architecture.

• Develop and oversee the security and control framework for GitHub.

• Establish GitHub-native workflows to minimize variability and enhance delivery speed.

• Offer architectural direction, establish standards, and provide escalation support to the GitHub SMO / support team.

• Serve as a steward for GitHub-first delivery as the utilization of Azure DevOps diminishes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in architecting or managing GitHub Enterprise platforms on an organizational scale.

• Profound knowledge in DevSecOps and secure SDLC design, including pipeline-based security controls.

• Demonstrated capability to design and enforce security controls that are effectively implemented through platform patterns.

• Proficient in creating scalable, developer-focused standards and processes that minimize variability and boost delivery speed.

• Comfortable functioning as the primary accountable owner within a federated enterprise setting.

• Strong skills in collaborative partnerships with Security, Risk, Architecture, and Operations stakeholders.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
