AI Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs utilizing modern frameworks such as Java Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python FastAPI.

• Integrate and deploy Generative AI models, including OpenAI, Hugging Face, and LangChain, into production settings.

• Fine-tune and enhance LLMs for targeted use cases.

• Create secure, scalable, and high-performance microservices.

• Monitor and enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization using Docker, and orchestration with Kubernetes.

• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.

• Engage in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of backend development experience with Java Spring Boot or Python.

• Strong comprehension of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous processing.

• Experience with Generative AI APIs and/or open-source models.

• Familiarity with LangChain, LLM orchestration, or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.

• Knowledge of prompt engineering, embedding models, or vector databases.

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities.

• Bachelor’s Degree (4 years).
