AI Tech Lead III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the Artificial Intelligence team and act as the primary technical reference.

• Establish architecture and technical standards for the team’s AI/ML solutions.

• Perform code reviews to ensure the quality of deliverables.

• Mentor and enhance the technical skills of the team’s engineers.

• Assist in technology, tooling, and strategic decision-making in partnership with management.

• Design and implement multi-agent systems utilizing AWS Bedrock and LLMs.

• Set standards for prompt engineering and practices for evaluating language models.

• Oversee the comprehensive implementation of generative AI solutions.

• Direct the development of the team’s predictive models and data pipelines.

• Ensure adherence to best practices for experimentation, versioning, and documentation.

• Convert business requirements into effective and scalable ML solutions.

• Establish and enhance CI/CD and MLOps practices within the team.

• Develop monitoring strategies for models in a production environment.

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure the sustainable integration of AI solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

• At least 4 years of experience in AI, ML, or Data Engineering.

• Previous experience in providing technical leadership for AI/ML projects or teams.

• Proficient in Python and SQL.

• Familiarity with AWS services including Bedrock, Lambda, and S3.

• Experience with Git and collaborative development practices.

• Knowledge of LLM frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.

• Experience with Claude/Anthropic models and AWS Bedrock.

• Understanding of multi-agent systems and conversational AI.

• Experience with CI/CD and MLOps practices.

• Proficient in Deep Learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.

• Knowledge of serverless architecture.
