AI Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead and guide a remote-first team of Machine Learning Engineers.

• Design, develop, and implement scalable machine learning solutions for production environments.

• Establish our AI strategy encompassing various use cases such as LLMs, search, recommendations, and computer vision.

• Maintain high-quality delivery and enforce best practices throughout the ML lifecycle (data → model → monitoring).

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure AI aligns with company objectives.

• Keep abreast of the latest research and introduce innovative methodologies to our technology stack.

• Balance hands-on technical tasks with leadership, mentorship, and strategic planning responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in machine learning engineering.

• Prior role as an ML Engineer in an application-focused company, with knowledge of integrating ML into end-user products.

• Strong expertise in deep learning, ML pipelines, and production deployments.

• Practical experience in one or more of the following areas: LLMs/RAG systems, Computer Vision, or Recommendation Engines.

• Solid understanding of SQL and the fundamentals of distributed systems.

• Familiarity with MLOps and cloud-native platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Excellent communicator who excels in asynchronous, remote collaboration.

• Inquisitive, proactive, and pragmatic—able to discern when to experiment and when to execute.
