AI & Systems Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and enhancing HubSpot workflows, automations, and systems

• Constructing and refining pipelines, sequences, forms, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms

• Enhancing onboarding processes, accountability, and communication workflows for members

• Optimizing operational processes within the Coaching department

• Developing automations that minimize manual administrative tasks

• Facilitating integrations between HubSpot and various other platforms

• Ensuring accurate reporting and visibility of operations

• Diagnosing and resolving technical and workflow challenges

• Experimenting with AI tools and innovative operational methods

• Strong experience with HubSpot is highly desirable
