• Extensive, practical experience in developing AI systems

• Demonstrated success: AI systems built and deployed, beyond mere design

• Proficient with LLMs and AI tools at an operational level

• Capable of managing delivery from start to finish independently

• Aspires to create something of their own rather than remain solely as an individual contributor
