AI Strategy – Transformation Architect

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in management consulting, enterprise strategy, or digital transformation.

• Demonstrated experience in defining and implementing agentic AI use cases.

• Strong comprehension of AI/LLM platforms and ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce/Einstein, OpenAI, AWS, Azure) and their business applications.

• Expertise in converting emerging technology into business value, ROI, and quantifiable outcomes.

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform strategy (Sales, Service, Data Cloud, AI), including ecosystem integration.

• Familiarity with contact center technologies, business processes, and metrics is a significant advantage.

• Experience in business architecture and operating model design (capability models, value streams, target state roadmaps).

• Ability to link business strategy to execution, working closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams.

• Experience leading discussions at the executive level, workshops, and strategic decision-making forums.

• Strong storytelling and communication skills with a dynamic and engaging personality, capable of simplifying complex concepts for senior stakeholders.

• Working knowledge of AI governance, risk, ethics, and compliance, especially in regulated environments.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and formulating problem statements during early-stage strategy engagements.

• Experience contributing to practice development, frameworks, or thought leadership.
