This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by collaborating with business and technology leaders to design and implement their AI transformation initiatives.
• Assist clients in identifying appropriate applications for AI, while articulating the strategic, operational, and economic justifications for AI investments.
• Lead projects centered on assessing AI opportunities, developing AI strategies, designing governance frameworks, defining AI solutions, and creating business cases.
• Evaluate the current state of AI maturity, pinpoint high-value use cases, reimagine business processes, and convert business requirements into actionable AI strategies and roadmaps.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that strategies are feasible, scalable, and aligned with measurable business outcomes.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of client engagements.
• Spearhead the creation of our go-to-market AI strategy offerings, assist in business development, shape proposals, and develop reusable methodologies and frameworks.
• Guide and mentor team members while fostering the growth of the Strategy practice.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master’s in Business or a related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of recent experience in consulting, advisory, or client-facing strategy roles focused on AI, Analytics, or digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience with modern data platforms and AI tools, including Anthropic’s Claude Suite, OpenAI’s ChatGPT, or similar LLMs for analysis, prototyping, and solution delivery.
• Familiarity with AI capabilities within enterprise platforms like Snowflake or Databricks, along with a functional understanding of AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Extensive experience in developing business cases, including quantifying the value of AI initiatives.
• Background in business process mapping and transforming processes into AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AI and GenAI capabilities, limitations, enterprise implications, and business applications.
• Experience in designing or advising on AI governance and risk frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to C-suite and executive stakeholders.
