This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Developing and managing internal AI workflows, tools, integrations, and projects tailored to clients
• Creating documentation and facilitating knowledge transfer for new workflows, which includes training fellow team members
• Assisting teams in effectively adopting and utilizing AI tools
• Collaborating with platforms such as Claude, Claude Code, Gemini, Zapier, N8N, Asana, Slack, and custom-built solutions
• Recognizing and executing practical enhancements to our internal use of AI
• Keeping up-to-date with pertinent AI news and tools, and proactively sharing insights
• Proven hands-on experience with large language models and AI tools in a professional environment
• Proficiency in prompt engineering, API utilization, and workflow automation
• Experience collaborating in a team setting, preferably within digital marketing or web development
• Excellent written communication skills, as this role is fully remote and requires clarity in asynchronous communication
• Capability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and communicate proactively
• Familiarity with Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms; experience in custom builds is a plus
• Understanding of AI philosophy - viewing AI as a tool to assist rather than replace people, ensuring all workflows include a human-in-the-loop component
