This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with senior team members to evaluate business workflows
• Develop and refine AI automations and lightweight applications
• Engage in coaching sessions with members of the business team
• Ensure accurate documentation for tools and workflows
• Evaluate AI tools prior to their release to users
• Monitor and report on the AI skill development of business team members
• Investigate new AI tools and platforms as they emerge
• Adhere to AI governance protocols and work in tandem with IT and Security
• 2–3 years of professional or project-related experience
• Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools in everyday tasks
• A genuine interest in understanding the functionality of AI tools
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Well-organized and dependable in a dynamic environment
• Experience with AI APIs or automation platforms is preferred
• Background in coding or scripting is preferred
• Experience in explaining technology to non-technical audiences is preferred
• Familiarity with common enterprise tools is preferred
