AI Solutions Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, test, and enhance prompts to improve the accuracy, relevance, and tone of LLM outputs for various applications.

• Train and refine LLMs utilizing proprietary datasets and prompt engineering methodologies.

• Integrate AI prompts within applications and software to streamline complex or repetitive tasks.

• Analyze performance data to enhance outputs and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Assist in the implementation of AI-driven chatbots within team workflows and enterprise platforms.

• Evaluate AI system performance, scrutinize output quality, and make adjustments based on feedback and metrics.

• Assess SEO and modify strategies to boost performance on critical search terms.

• Collaborate with domain experts, product teams, engineering, and UX teams to ensure AI behavior meets user expectations and aligns with business objectives.

• Keep documentation updated for prompt libraries, model behaviors, and integration approaches.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Computational Linguistics, or a related discipline.

• Over 2 years of experience in prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, or the development of NLP models.

• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using Amazon Kendra or OpenSearch.

• Knowledge of vector databases and embedding models hosted on AWS.

• Understanding of IAM roles, security best practices, and cost management in AWS environments.

• Experience in integrating AI within CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline or CodeBuild.

• Proven experience (1-3 years) in providing technical support to federal partners.

• Practical experience with Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, and AWS Glue.

• Proficient in Python with experience in AI/ML libraries.

• Experience deploying serverless applications using AWS Lambda and Step Functions.

• Familiarity with chatbot development using Amazon Lex or similar tools.

• Strong grasp of prompt evaluation, model behavior adjustment, SEO, and web performance metrics (GA4).
