AI Solutions Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a champion for the integration of AI within Asaas’ operational workflows.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from various Asaas business sectors to uncover opportunities for addressing real issues through AI, concentrating on enhancing operational efficiency.

• Identify inefficiencies in processes and devise solutions to mitigate them, while tracking the direct effects on operational efficiency and process quality.

• Oversee the internal AI initiatives backlog, applying prioritization frameworks to ensure emphasis on the most impactful outcomes.

• Facilitate negotiations regarding deadlines, project scopes, and resources with leaders from different departments to ensure shared expectations.

• Collaborate closely with the AI technical team to assess the feasibility of solutions and guarantee that business requirements are fulfilled in the developed products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing AI solutions or products, with a solid background in mapping intricate processes and converting them into technology roadmaps.

• In-depth understanding of generative AI, including the capabilities and constraints of LLMs, AI agents, security, and governance aspects.

• Exceptional communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences, with the capacity to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner.

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in high-demand situations.

• Familiarity with experimentation cycles and prioritization frameworks (ICE, RICE, or similar) for managing backlogs.

• Proficiency in structuring and clearly documenting business requirements for technical teams.

• Capability to work independently while managing your own tasks.
