AI Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and deliver captivating AI demonstrations and prototypes that highlight the advantages of generative AI in enhancing customer experience.

• Partner with sales and product teams to collaboratively design customized AI solutions that meet client requirements and align with strategic objectives.

• Leverage internal tools and frameworks to swiftly create proof-of-concepts that expedite customer decision-making processes.

• Aid business development initiatives by assisting in the creation of ROI models and business cases.

• Convert data insights into engaging narratives that appeal to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ensure the incorporation of ethical AI principles in all customer-facing solutions and interactions.

• Keep abreast of advancements in generative AI technologies and contribute to the enhancement of internal capabilities.

• Strong expertise in Python, along with practical experience using generative AI tools and frameworks.

• Experience in crafting customer-focused AI experiences, including conversational interfaces and intelligent automation.

• Demonstrated ability to formulate business cases and ROI models for AI projects.

• Proficient in cross-functional collaboration, particularly with sales and product teams.

• Exceptional data storytelling skills, capable of clearly and persuasively conveying complex insights.
