AI Solutions Architect, Marketing Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of identifying and eliminating manual tasks within marketing, replacing them with scalable, intelligent systems that enhance speed, output, and business impact.

• Recognize and transform manual, repetitive workflows in marketing with AI-driven solutions.

• Construct and implement agentic workflows across content, segmentation, reporting, and lead enrichment.

• Design interconnected systems and data pipelines that automatically surface insights.

• Develop a centralized, AI-queryable knowledge base encompassing product information, personas, and market intelligence.

• Automate campaign reporting, post-event analysis, and ongoing performance insights.

• Collaborate across functions to integrate data, systems, and workflows across Product, Sales, RevOps, and Marketing.

• Establish the technical groundwork that enhances Flywire’s visibility in AI-driven search environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of experience in marketing, marketing technology, growth, or RevOps.

• Demonstrated capability to transform a manual or flawed workflow into a functioning AI-driven solution independently.

• Strong proficiency in AI, with practical experience in creating workflows and automations using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, Make, Gumloop, or similar.

• Technical aptitude and comfort in working with systems, APIs, webhooks, and data flows.

• Direct experience in utilizing AI tools to significantly automate or expedite your work, going beyond basic content generation.

• Ability to function cross-functionally and gain access to the data and systems necessary for your work.

• A well-defined perspective on the future of AI in marketing, grounded in practical applications rather than just theory.

• A builder mindset, demonstrated through side projects, experiments, or the development of internal tools.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-autonomy environment.
