AI Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• Comprehend the operational dynamics of client organizations and pinpoint areas where AI can deliver measurable business value.

• Facilitate discovery sessions and solution design initiatives with business stakeholders.

• Create pragmatic AI operating models that align with each organization's goals and operational methods.

• Set up AI agents, knowledge frameworks, and governance within PIPE44.

• Support organizations through the onboarding process, implementation, and long-term AI integration.

• Establish trusted connections with business and operational stakeholders.

• Evaluate AI adoption, solution effectiveness, and business results, identifying avenues for continuous enhancement.

• Collaborate with Embedded AI Engineers to ensure effective implementation and delivery.

• Contribute to the advancement of PIPE44 by integrating real-world client challenges and successful delivery strategies back into the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in solutions architecture, enterprise technology, AI transformation, digital transformation, knowledge management, business process improvement, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience interacting directly with business stakeholders, departmental leaders, or executive teams.

• Solid practical knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and contemporary enterprise AI workflows.

• Experience in designing or deploying AI-enhanced business solutions in live environments.

• Familiarity with AI governance, knowledge management, and ethical AI practices.

• Capability to convert business challenges into feasible AI-driven solutions.

• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Comfortable navigating structured governance, accountability, and delivery protocols.

• Prior experience in remote, client-facing roles is highly advantageous.

• Strong sense of ownership, ensuring delivery on commitments.

• Proficient in business-fluent English (both written and verbal).
