AI Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical design and implementation of Intelex AI features throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including engineering, product, and service teams, to guarantee scalable technology solutions.

• Create and implement robust AI solutions such as LLMs, RAG, and orchestration frameworks that seamlessly integrate with existing systems.

• Develop and sustain an AI architecture strategy that aligns with organizational objectives.

• Actively work with teams to convert business requirements into actionable AI development plans across multiple development groups.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience leading the AI/Machine Learning development lifecycle from inception to delivery.

• More than 3 years of experience in a leadership capacity directing AI strategy and implementation.

• Strong comprehension of the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile Scrum methodology, with experience leading Agile Scrum development teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related discipline.

• A Master’s Degree and/or relevant vendor certifications (such as Microsoft Certified Professional) are preferred.
