This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will work at the intersection of AI product strategy, (pre) sales, and customer success.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and go-to-market (GTM) teams to define, develop, and launch conversational AI agents that facilitate a large volume of live customer interactions.
• This role integrates strategic thinking with practical agent design, necessitating proficiency in both business context and technical execution.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, aiding in the evolution, implementation, and adoption of tangible AI initiatives.
• Transform business needs into expertly crafted, high-performing AI agents.
• Oversee delivery across multiple simultaneous complex agentic projects that garner significant visibility from both the customer side and the NiCE perspective.
• Connect technical teams with business stakeholders throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Influence agent behavior through conversational design, product intuition, and performance analytics.
• Highlight data-driven action items and iterations that enhance both customer outcomes and internal decision-making.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• An MBA or comparable experience that merges technology with business operations is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of uniting cross-functional teams to achieve delivery in challenging environments.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, product management, and engineering workflows.
• While you won’t be coding daily, you should possess enough technical knowledge to engage effectively with engineers and PMs.
• Ability to connect ambitious product vision with functional AI agents.
• Familiarity with conversational design principles and customer experience strategy.
• Practical understanding of the elements required to deploy AI that consistently serves real customers at scale.
• Proficient in utilizing performance data to identify problems, mitigate risks, and iterate towards improved results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of translating complex technical details into clear, actionable language for non-technical audiences.
• Strong critical thinking abilities and comfort with uncertainty, enabling sound decision-making with incomplete information.
• Effective in aligning diverse stakeholders and sustaining momentum across various workstreams.
• Engage deeply in the development and launch of AI agents at the forefront of the industry.
• Collaborate daily with product and engineering teams pushing the limits of enterprise AI at NiCE.
• Acquire a unique skill set that encompasses AI strategy, conversational design, and customer operations.
• Gain expertise that is in high demand and short supply in the market.
