This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• You will operate at the intersection of AI product strategy, (pre) sales, and customer success.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and go-to-market (GTM) teams to define, develop, and launch conversational AI agents that facilitate a large volume of live customer interactions.
• This position combines strategic thinking with practical agent design, requiring proficiency in both business context and technical execution.
• Act as a strategic partner to customers, assisting in the evolution, execution, and adoption of specific AI initiatives.
• Transform business requirements into well-crafted, high-performance AI agents.
• Oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent complex agent-related projects that garner significant visibility from both the customer perspective and the NiCE perspective.
• Connect technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Influence agent behavior through conversational design, product intuition, and performance analytics.
• Identify data-driven action items and iterations that enhance both customer outcomes and internal decision-making.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent demonstrable experience).
• An MBA or similar experience that integrates technology and business operations is a significant plus.
• Proven capability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
• A history of motivating cross-functional teams towards successful delivery in challenging environments.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, product management, and engineering processes.
• Although you won't be coding daily, you need sufficient technical knowledge to engage effectively with engineers and PMs.
• Ability to bridge the gap between an ambitious product vision and functioning AI agents.
• Familiarity with conversational design principles and customer experience strategies.
• Practical knowledge of what is required to deploy AI that reliably serves real customers at scale.
• Proficient in using performance data to identify issues, mitigate risks, and iterate towards improved outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of translating complex technical details into clear, actionable language for non-technical audiences.
• Strong critical thinking skills and comfort with ambiguity, able to make informed decisions with incomplete information.
• Effective in aligning diverse stakeholders and maintaining momentum across various workstreams.
• Get actively involved in the development and launch of AI agents at the forefront of the industry.
• Work daily with product and engineering teams that are advancing the frontiers of enterprise AI at NiCE.
• Develop a unique skill set that encompasses AI strategy, conversational design, and customer operations.
• Acquire expertise that is highly sought after and in short supply within the market.
