AI Solution Architect, I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain Power BI dashboards for Sales Engineering leadership, focusing on capacity, utilization, pipeline health, SLA metrics, customer trends, and insights into productivity.

• Create AI-assisted workflows utilizing Python, Azure AI, LLMs, and various automation tools to optimize internal processes such as routing, assignments, data cleanup, and forecasting.

• Assist in data cleansing, dataset development, and analytical models to improve forecasting and customer segmentation.

• Contribute to the establishment of AI-driven scoring models for assessing customer health, predicting renewals, and forecasting service demand.

• Generate internal documentation, playbooks, and instructional guides for dashboards and automation processes.

• Engage in customer discussions alongside Solution Architects to provide AI insights, dashboards, or automation suggestions.

• Aid in demonstrations and proofs-of-concept involving AI Solutions from partners such as Cisco, Genesys, Juniper, Palo Alto, Dell, Extreme, among others.

• Simplify technical AI outputs into accessible business language for customers and account teams.

• Facilitate the integration of AI into C1 offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Science, or a related discipline.

• Basic experience with Python, SQL, and analytics tools (Power BI preferred).

• Solid understanding of AI/ML principles, including regression, classification, LLMs, and data manipulation techniques.

• Proficient in clear communication, summarizing insights, and supporting customer meetings.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, intellectual curiosity, and a readiness to learn quickly.

• Familiarity with enterprise technologies from companies like Cisco, Dell, Genesys, Palo Alto, etc.

• Experience in projects involving the development of models, dashboards, or AI applications.

• Knowledge of Power BI, Snowflake, Azure AI, or data engineering concepts is desirable.

• Understanding of APIs, automation frameworks, or basic full-stack development is preferred.

• Background in customer-facing roles or presales experience is preferred.
